These are the Promoter/Producer terms and conditions which feature on www.dantdmtour.com website. The venue’s own t’s and c’s may differ and will feature on the venue website that you purchase the tickets from or from SEE tickets.
There is no minimum age for this show, but given its length and content, it is not recommended for children under the age of 6. Children under this age will be admitted provided that they are in possession of a valid ticket.
Babes in arms will not be admitted; all children, whatever age, must have a valid ticket to enter the auditorium.
Any children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult (aged at least 18) and must refer to the venue’s own terms and conditions regarding venue access and parental accompaniment guidelines.
No photographic or recording equipment is permitted. Mobile phones and personal tablets are permitted but video recording is not permitted under any circumstances. Personal photography is allowed, but not flash photography and audience members must not use tablets to take photographs, as their screens will annoy and distract other members of the audience. Selfie sticks are not permitted.
Anyone who does not comply with these video and photography restrictions may be removed from the venue by staff.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded; we will only offer refunds if a performance is cancelled. Please also note that refunds will not be provided if you are not admitted to a performance by the venue management (e.g. if you arrive late).
If you purchase a ticket which you subsequently find that you are unable to use, a number of reputable online services exist which may be able to help you re-sell your ticket.
Disabled customers are entitled to a carer ticket. These can only be obtained from the relevant venue box office team, not from See Tickets. Disabled customers and anyone with special access requirements are requested to contact their chosen venue box office and notem> to buy through See Tickets.

The show will feature lighting and video effects which may include flashing images and may involve loud noises and surprises. The show will comply with generally accepted production standards for live events and should not present any great risk for people who suffer from photosensitive epilepsy, but individual circumstances vary and if this is a concern for you please contact the venue box office for further information.
DanTDM VIP Meet and Greet T’s and C’s
The VIP upgrade is only available to those customers in possession of a full price ticket (of any value) and cannot be purchased alone. Availability is strictly limited to 200 VIP tickets per performance and only availability through SEE tickets. This is to ensure fairness for all of Dan’s fans.
Parents who buy an upgrade ticket for their child DO NOT need to purchase one for themselves. They do, however, need to be in possession of a show ticket.
DanTDM VIP Meet and Greet includes:
All children must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the DanTDM VIP Meet and Greet sessions. Any accompanying adult must also hold a valid ticket for the same performance, although the accompanying adult does not need to purchase their own VIP upgrade (although if you haven’t purchased the upgrade, you won’t get any of the other benefits, obviously).
Very Important – any children in a group who do not have a DanTDM VIP Meet and Greet ticket valid for that performance will not be able to attend the Diamond Minecart session, so please make sure that an extra guardian is on site to look after any children who are not in possession of a VIP ticket.
Space will be limited so only one accompanying adult will be able to join in.
The upgrade package is only available at the time of ticket purchase; it cannot be purchased later.
Precise details of the meet and greet session, including timings, will be emailed to purchasers closer to the date of their performance, around two weeks before the date, by the venue you booked the ticket at so please make sure that the venue is in your address book so these emails don’t go to spam.
It is expected that meet and greet sessions will take place before the performance, so you will need to allow extra time to reach the venue; it will not be possible to re-schedule to a later time or date if you are late.
